Open style of collaborative strategy supersedes conflict avoidance and indirect communication; Instrumental focus instead of genuine value placed has been frequent in practice. Indeed, Martial school, Mohism and Legalism are proposed as a different approach to account for instrumental orientation of organizational behaviors. Additionally, my findings indicate that culture values are not adequate to explain complex viewpoints.
