A good inventory network needs to ensure both a relatively low cost and a relatively fast delivery time. However costs and delivery time is contradictory. Abundant inventory can guarantee a good delivery time. A large number of inventories will also lead to higher costs to increase the risk of enterprise operation. How to plan and manage an inventory network is quite important. |
