For an enterprise that inventory networks optimization is a very important commercial function, with fewer inventories to operate the production of the enterprise, distribution or retail that can brings to the enterprise less cost, more sales and better customer satisfaction. A good inventory network needs to ensure both a relatively low cost and a relatively fast delivery time. However costs and delivery time is contradictory. Abundant inventory can guarantee a good delivery time. A large number of inventories will also lead to higher costs to increase the risk of enterprise operation. How to plan and manage an inventory network is quite important.
