Introduction will be first presented to give the readers a general idea of the objectives and motivations behind the project. Subsequently, the report will be structured in the following manner. In the first part, the impact of MAS curbs on the car industry, an overview of credit decision process and an analysis of some existing car financing schemes offered by various finance companies in Singapore are highlighted. In the second part, description of the car survey carried out as a mean of sourcing for valuable ideas to improve the existing car financing schemes in the market is given.
