新加坡是一个包容多元信仰的国家。面对 21 世纪以来在全球广泛流传的灵性成长课程，新加坡社会采取着开放与接纳的态度。本文以始于印度合一大学的灵性成长课程“合一”为例，通过探讨合一课程的主要理念以及实践方法揭示灵性课程在多元宗教、多元种族的新加坡所扮演的角色。合一的精神在于针对现代人所面临的种种问题，提供了一种简单的快乐生活之道。人们可以借助合一祝福（Deeksha）的能量改变原有的行为模式，开启内在的神圣力量。与此同时，合一也介绍了具体的实修练习，包括“脉轮静心”、“喜悦曼陀罗”、觉知练习等。合一是最早传入新加坡的灵性成长课程之一。到目前为止，在新加坡已开设两间合一中心，有超过 500 人参加过合一觉醒课程。以合一课程为代表的灵性成长课程为拥有多元宗教信仰的新加坡注入了新鲜的灵性元素。这些灵性成长课程与宗教之间存在着相互促进的关系。与此同时，灵性成长课程也有助于融合新加坡多元化的宗教、种族与观念。合一精神像一粒种在内心的种子。在生活的实践中，这粒种子慢慢生根发芽，成为每个人独一无二的生命体验。最终，再也没有所谓的合一教导，没有权威，没有偶像崇拜，甚至没有宗教。一切都只是每一个人从生活中领悟出的生命哲学。Singapore is a country with many different religions. When facing the popular spiritual courses since 21st century, Singapore adopted an open and accepted attitude. This paper takes the Oneness Course, which origin from India, as an example of the prevalent spiritual courses. From the explanation of Oneness theory and practice, this paper aims to unveil the role of spiritual courses in Singapore. The spirit of Oneness is to provide an easy method to achieve a happy life. People could use the power of Deeksha to change their old behavioral patterns and to unlock their inner divine power. At the same time, Oneness also introduces various practical exercises including “Chakra Dhyana”, “Ananda Mandala” and awareness practices.Oneness is one of the earliest spiritual courses that have been introduced to Singapore. There are two Oneness Centers in Singapore and over 500 people have taken the Oneness Awakening Course. Spiritual courses like Oneness add on to the variety of beliefs in Singapore. Those spiritual courses are also helpful in promoting racial harmony, religious harmony and social harmony.The Oneness spirit is like a seed inside one’s heart. It sprouts and grows from the daily practices and becomes one’s unique life experience. In the end, there will be no more Oneness Teachings, nor authority, nor idol, nor even religion. Everything is only the life philosophy that each one has comprehended from his own life.
