This study included the collection of pre-intervention, mid-intervention and post-intervention assessments and a 6-week self-administered baduanjin intervention program to assess the differences in stress levels before and after the practice of baduanjin. This study’s results show the possibility of regular baduanjin practice being an effective, safe and easy method of stress management. More research with a better form of assessment should be carried out to better affirm the findings of this study.
