Multiple measures of the balanced scorecard: presentation format & instructions for interpreting measures.
This study investigates the effects of the BSC chunking format and providing instructions on the relative importance of the BSC perspectives on performance evaluation judgement, in the context where financial and non-financial measures show conflicting performance.
