Retail format strategy in China : the right mix or all mixed up?

Evaluate the format adaptation that Retailer A has carried out in China and to contrast it with the results of a recent study on retail format change strategies. It should add ideas to Retailer A’s current business plans based on Arieh Goldman’s study.
