Customers' perspectives of online privacy policies : a country study in Singapore.
This study centres on how current privacy policies on the Internet has affected behaviour of the Singaporean customer. The responsibilities that government, companies and consumers themselves bear, and measures that can be taken to promote the use of the Internet.
