Controls and resistance : a tug-of-war between employers and foreign domestic helpers in Singapore.
This study presents a holistic view of the employer-FDH relationships, which are not static, but constantly evolving. This tug-of-war of power would always exist. We hope by presenting this study, it would give readers a better insight of this unique phenomenon of Singaporean households.
