Wine and bioethanol were produced by Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Probiotic beverage and lactic acid were produced by Lactobacillus casei. Biosurfactants-rhamnolipids, emulsan and surfactin were synthesized by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter calcoaceticus and Bacillus subtilis, respectively.
