This study aims to explore the users' preference towards PM 2.5 Automated Notification System by collecting 488 questionnaires from students and staffs of Chiang Mai University as a pilot sample group. This study uses t Test and ANOVA to test the hypothesizes by using SPSS V.22 as statistical tools. The results reveal that there are not different preferences on PM 2.5 Automated Notification System from all users. Most of the users prefer to be informed about PM2.5 index through both online and offline systems. They also agree to receive the information in advance to prepare themselves and reduces all risks.
