It power plant has been operating in one year and requires maintenance system more effective and efficient. To achieve these targets, it will be carried out earlier study application of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) especially on the equipment Stacker Reclaimer type DQL 1250/D204. Maintenance system that is running during this warranty period up to the month of April 2011 is using a system of Corrective maintenance. <br /> <br /> <br /> Preventive maintenance performed several times and still not well patterned, while the condition monitoring based maintenance has not been done yet. Application of the RCM method at the Stacker Reclaimer expected to overcome <br /> <br /> <br /> the weaknesses of the existing maintenance system. <br /> <br /> <br /> RCM analysis covering the functions, functional failures, failure modes, failure effects of each Stacker Reclaimer’s components featured in RCM information worksheet. All possible failure modes of each component were taken and analyzed. Analysis continued by making the proposed action for each failure modes featured in RCM decision worksheet. From the data collection and early study of 17 ST/RE’s items using this RCM method result in 21 functions, 56 <br /> <br /> <br /> function failure, and 219 yag failure modes consist of 143 evident and 76 hidden failure. From the initial assessment of wear rubber skirt data distribution function analysis using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test is obtained that the wear failure of rubber skirt data is Normal distributed with μ = 1514.6 hours and σ = 798, 67 hours, with MTBF of 1514.6 hours. While the analysis of the distribution function <br /> <br /> <br /> in coal chute erosion data using Mann's test showed that data on the coal chute erosion failure is Weibull distributed with MTBF of 1381 hours. text |
