Previous research explained that organizational commitment was correlated with attitude to change and job performance. But the relationship between attitude to change and job performance has not been done. <br />

The objective of this research are to identify type of employee’s attitude to change, analysis of relationship between organizational commitment, attitude to change, and job performance. Respondent of this research was Eselon IV manager in Sekjend Kemdiknas. The result of this research showed that the employee of Sekjend Kemdiknas have a cynicism to change attitude. There was a negative and significant correlation between organizational commitment and attitude to change. Organizational commitment and attitude to change were no statistically significant related to job performance. |
