In the emerging online-based transportation business, PT Global Transportation needs to compete with other companies and maintaining its asset; one of the important assets is the motor-bike drivers. However, several demonstrations indicated that the drivers are dissatisfied with their company and perceive them as unsupportive to the drivers. According to previous <br /> <br /> researches, there is positive and significant relationship between perceived organization <br /> <br /> support and job satisfaction. This research aims to find ut the influence of perceived <br /> <br /> organizational support to job satisfaction with the respondents from PT Global Transportation’s taxi-bike drivers. It is important to know the relationship of perceived organizational support to job satisfaction as one common predictor of employee turnover rate. There are six hypotheses in this research based on the relationship and significance between perceived organization support and job satisfactions’ components. <br /> <br /> The sample of this research was determined by Lameshow’s formula. Quality test of <br /> <br /> data, classical assumption test, and simple linear regression analysis were used in this research to discover the relationship of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction. The result is there are positive and significant relation between perceived <br /> <br /> rganization support and several job satisfactions’ components. Based on the findings of this research, researcher recommendations for PGlobal Transportation are to value the drivers’ contribution towards the company and have a better communication towards the drivers. text
