Summary:Many coffee shop has emerged in Indonesia, every places in city have their own coffee shop with their own characteristic. Coffee shop has 2 pillars product that almost every coffee shop has that is espresso based and manual brew, there is a debate that happening about which one is better espresso based or manual brew. The two products can generate coffee but the different only the technic to create the coffee. Many coffee shop serve the two product but the can’t prioritise which one is the best, with this problem many coffee shop wasted their resource and become bankrupt because the raw material for both of product have expired which is not long enough. The problem that really is happening that is every area have different customer preference towards coffee and not many place can accept the other area likeness towards coffee. The researcher create this research to help coffee shop to find the customer preference towards espresso based and manual brew, the result of this research can be applicate by coffee shop to find their customer preference in their area.
