Previous research regarding calling indicated that there is a possibility of positive relationship between calling and intention remain. Thus in this research, empirical testing has been done for an individual (working adults) samples to test the influence of calling to intention to remain. The research variables in this thesis are calling, perceived organizational support, career commitment, organizational commitment, career satisfaction, and intention to remain. <br /> <br /> The samples for this research are individuals (working adults) that are still active in working for an organization with profession: doctor, nurse, lecturer, teacher, army, police, fire fighter, natural disaster mitigation (countermeasure) worker, and civil society organization. The data were collected by using online questionnaire which distributed to the samples and processed by using SEM method. The total data collected in this research are 223 samples. <br /> <br /> The results from the data processing showed that the positive relationship between calling and intention to remain wasn’t proved significantly. Factors that could directly influence an individual’s (working adults) intention to remain are organizational commitment and career satisfaction. text
