These changes have created a generation very different than any known before <br /> <br /> and this also change the type of employees. Nowadays, employee is dominated by Millennials <br /> <br /> (born between 1980-2000). Millennials has been an issue for almost all company because <br /> <br /> most of them are hard to retain Millennials in their company (Dale Carnegie Indonesia, 2010). <br /> <br /> Millennials employee will leave their job if they are not satisfied with their company and their <br /> <br /> job. Work environment and job satisfaction has been a topic that explored by many <br /> <br /> researchers. Nowadays, work environment has changed. Many companies use several <br /> <br /> methods to retain millennial in their company by builds several creative work facility and <br /> <br /> changed the working policy. The quality of work environment could lead to adverse effect on <br /> <br /> the employees’ performance. There are many journals and papers that identified the <br /> <br /> relationship between work environment and job satisfaction. Such as, Salunke (2015) and <br /> <br /> Robbins (2001) define a significant relationship between them. <br /> <br /> By doing this research, the author wants to explore if the work environment have a <br /> <br /> relationship millennials employee job satisfaction in Jakarta. The author tried to explore <br /> <br /> whether work environment would have significant relationship with job satisfaction, in this <br /> <br /> case work environment that were analyzed are creative office facility, work flexibility, social <br /> <br /> relationship, job security, and job esteem. A quantitative survey questionnaire of 155 <br /> <br /> millenials employees in Jakarta was conducted from April to May 2018 to explore the <br /> <br /> relationship between independent and dependent variable. The author used Multi linear <br /> <br /> regression to analyze the relationship between independent and dependent variable in this <br /> <br /> study. <br /> <br /> The result of this research shows that creative office facility and job esteem have significant <br /> <br /> and positive relationship with millennials employee’s job satisfaction in Jakarta. From the <br /> <br /> analysis, it can be concluded that job esteem have the highest relationship that affect <br /> <br /> millennial employee job satisfaction in Jakarta. This results are expected to help company to <br /> <br /> retain millennials employee in their company
