And, marketing is the crucial connection between banks and customers, no banks can expect to succeed without putting substantial investments in its marketing efforts. Banks nowadays are coming up with surprising and impressing ways to lure the customers and retaining their customer base. <br /> <br /> Several business theories can be used to analyze Indonesia banking business. However, because banking business is surely affected by all of economic factors as well as the government policy, it is apparently necessary to understand not only the industry but also nation’s macro-economic. And it will lead to a part constituting entire analysis as the result of the exploration process which concludes the main strategy for Bank Shinhan Indonesia (BSI). Then, several detail marketing targets will be addressed to develop appropriate business solution. <br /> <br /> In line with above, BSI should consistently focus on its target market, which is corporate segment focusing on big corporate customers, as well as expanding its business promotion to Indonesian corporate customers, State Owned Enterprises and multinational Companies. <br /> <br /> On top of that, Human resources quality enhancement is one of the most important things to be realized through various trainings in order to support customer service quality enhancement.
