In the initial development, it is needed which feature data can attract more consumers, so this research is needed. The purpose of this research is to get the right users, as well as get feedback and insights about new products, and process them to improve the product. The methodology used is a qualitative method. Field research is carried out by developing new products and testing products to the market by using a Minimum Decent Product (MVP) from the concept of design thinking and value propositions. The study began by interviewing 20 customers and knowing their needs and wants. Next, the analysis continued to obtain a value proposition to obtain alternatives. Alternatives obtained from the results of profits, pain and customer work that produces a value proposition. The value proposition is analyzed by weighting with the six dynamic market methods to get features that can then be made of minimum viable products. The minimum feasible product produced is then repeatedly tested to get user feedback data. In this study, the authors conclude that the expectations that consumers want are concise investment content, credible content creators, languages that are easy to understand and websites that are easily accessed. As a result, the prototype was created in the form of a website with investment review content features in the form of concise content of images, videos, and audio text
