To find products that can meet customer needs, the researcher conducts benchmarking through competitor analysis and breakdown the resources that Mamakkucing has with Business Model Canvas. The methodology used in this research is qualitative by interviewing and direct observation. The data used is a qualitative method by interviewing the customer persona with a total of 10 respondents. The Design Thinking method is used to find the best product/service that must be made. The results there are two alternatives, Cat Hotel and Subscription Pet Shop. text |
