Nothing that remains except change itself, this also happened in electric power market in Indonesia. PLN monopolistic era has been replaced by free trade era, at least it was in power generation sector which apply the single buyer multi seller mechanism. PT. Indonesia Power, as a seller, have to change their business way supporting by a good performance measurement system which can drive to fulfill the stakeholder needs in order to reach the company sustainability. <br />

Therefore, Performance prism is an integral and comprehensive framework of performance measurement system. The framework will identify each company stakeholder, and also verify their key performance indicator (KPI). Then, the KPI weight is calculate by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) that the result will be allied in assessment pattern using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) model. <br />

The research have show 67 KPI which is divided in five groups (Main Office, Customer, Employees, Supplier, and Government and Community). Each group has been classified in five performance prism facets that are stakeholder satisfaction, stakeholder contribution, strategy, process and capability. The highest KPI weight (4,9%) is the electric power availability which is formulated in Equivalent Availability Factor (EAF) for the customer stakeholder group, while the lowest KPI weight (0,2%) is spread over six KPI in supplier stakeholder group. In case to get the business unit performance index, the KPI weight is multiply with the level of business unit performance achievements on OMAX model. <br />

Finally, the performance measurement system above could be applied at PT. Indonesia Power especially at geothermal business units, which is combined with its supporting requirements. As a key point, the core of the performance measurement system is not located at the measurement model but at the action which have taken by business units based on the portrait of their performance measurement system. <br />
