Summary: | As of today, IP Based Communication systems are thriving over conventional calls and
SMS. Service provider companies such as PT. Telkomsel struggle as their once strong and steady
revenue stream withered away slowly. Therefore, Service Provider companies need to maximize
their existing revenue streams. This study was done in order to identify social media marketing
strategies and which content to create in order to improve business performance.
The research was done with a quantitative approach and descriptive method. Some of the major
findings we discovered were that 2018 has the worst social media performance 2019 however has
one of the best social media performances, we could see clear signs of a change in strategy.
All in all, PT. Telkomsel needs to focus more on the social Customer Relationship Management
strategy since it yielded the best results overall and the company should hold more giveaways and
try to generate more User-Generated Content |
