This study was done in order to identify social media marketing strategies and which content to create in order to improve business performance. The research was done with a quantitative approach and descriptive method. Some of the major findings we discovered were that 2018 has the worst social media performance 2019 however has one of the best social media performances, we could see clear signs of a change in strategy. All in all, PT. Telkomsel needs to focus more on the social Customer Relationship Management strategy since it yielded the best results overall and the company should hold more giveaways and try to generate more User-Generated Content text
