Summary: | Memo Service is a startup engaged in on-demand service for the HVAC service units. In 2020,
CEO Memo Service conduct business research for business pivot, targeting building
management as new opportunity. This study aims to determine customer needs, design the
appropriate business model canvas, and recommend business implementation.
The author uses qualitative research with purposive sampling for the data collection methods
and industrial analysis using PESTLE analysis five porter analysis, TOWS analysis, and Root
Cause Analysis.
The data from the interview is analysed to construct a value proposition to identify product
ideas, validate ideas using a Javelin Board, and strengthen with technical analyses. After that,
the detail is described on the Lean Canvas.
The conclusion is that customers want to effectively manage the HVAC unit so that the HVAC
unit will not be damaged quickly. From the problems faced by customers, an HVAC service
management system is needed that can be integrated with vendors and principals to solve
customer problems such as spare parts availability and technical issues. |
