The level of buyer satisfaction can be affected by online business risks, like delivery process, unsecure buyer’s personal information, services, and inadequate payment process. Buyer satisfaction can be indicated through reviews that given to online businesses. Negative reviews indicate buyer dissatisfaction. Buyer dissatisfaction and negative reviews can cause uncertain losses for sellers. Therefore, loss insurance for online business is needed for sellers. This study aims to calculate the insurance premium that must be paid by the seller as a form of online business risk allocation using Multinomial distribution, Maximum Likelihood Estimation, and Equilibrium Condition. text
