Summary:Employee engagement has strong impact in determining employee’s performance in the company, higher level of employee engagement makes employee to have better performance. On organization level, employee engagement brings positive impacts on business outcome. In 2019, Prysmian Group OSEA organized employee engagement survey and found some improvement area need to be managed. From the result of the survey, Prysmian Group OSEA established employees committee who proposed initiatives to be implemented in the company. Based on the proposal, company found some of the initiatives already implemented which make the company realize the need of internal integrated communication to increase employees’ awareness of company’s implemented initiatives and increase their engagement level. This research analyzes the impact of internal integrated communication on employee engagement and the recommendation for management in managing employee engagement via internal communication. The research started by understanding how internal integrated communication influence the changes of the employee engagement level, and then followed with the recommendation on how Prysmian Group OSEA should implementing internal communication in managing employee engagement level. The research conducted by interpreting the result of employee engagement survey in 2019, followed with the analyzing on how the survey result and initiatives recommendation shaping the internal integrated communication in 2020. After that, the result of employee survey in 2021 compared with the survey result in 2019. The gap between employee survey 2021 and 2019 analyzed to get the finding of how internal integrate communication impacting employee engagement. From this research, it can be concluded that internal integrated communication has positive impact in increasing employee engagement level. There are increment in most of drivers which determined the employee engagement level. Internal integrated communication able to bring positive trend on employees’ perspective on engagement drivers and increase their engagement level to the company.
