Summary:Coffee is one of the world's commodities that brought Indonesia's name to be better known in the world. Indonesia since the Dutch era has been known as a producer of coffee with the best taste in the world. Based on this, this coffee business is quite an interesting business to do. This study itself aims to describe and analyze the profile of entrepreneurs, the development of flavor variants, brand image and the influence of the development of flavor variants and brand image on consumer satisfaction at Essentieels Coffee Bandung. This study took data from 100 visitor informants of Café Essentieels Coffee in Bandung. This study uses data collection techniques with interviews and observations as primary data collection tools. The type of research used is a quantitative method which in this study uses a calculation tool in the form of a Likert scale. Results Based on the research that has been done, it can be explained that the product development of Essentiels Coffee is strong with the average value produced is 4.13. Then for the brand image at Essentieels Coffee, it is already strong with an average value of 4.19. consumer goals get very strong results with an average yield of 4.38.
