| Summary: | Productivity is the ability of a mining parameter to carry out production at
any certain time. We can qualify that productivity are well-practiced when the
production achieved or even beyond the target. PT Macmahon Mining Service has
a different method which could gives a huge impact on production which is called
split dump. The split dump method is a method where one loading point distributed
material to various disposal points at the same time.
Split dump method that performed at the Martabe Gold Mine still has
disadvantage. Means the production still not achieved. It happened because the
fleet configuration still does not have the guideline as a comparation.
Therefore, research is needed regarding the split dump. This research use
Burt and Caccetta’s split dump formula, where it can be optimized linear and nonlinear
programming. Linear and non-linear programs implemented using solver
adds-in on Microsoft Excel.
Based on the studies that have been conducted, an ideal configuration can
increase productivity and will produce a good match factor value. |
