This study tries to examine the relationship of the employee’s perception of politic in their organization to their organizational commitment by linking the personal factor such as emotional intelligence and trust in leader. This study was conducted in one PT. Dirgantara Indonesia one of state owned company in Bandung, Indonesia. By using Partial Least Square to analyze the data which obtained by 200 questionnaires, this study found that the perception of organizational politics was not directly jeopardize the commitment but it will decrease the employees’ trust to their leader first in order to decrease their commitment to the organization. This research also confirmed that beside trust in leader, emotional intelligence also acted as the predictor to form the employees’ organizational commitment. text
