Description
Summary:The Gladak Bridge with the Balanced Cantilever Method in Semarang Regency is designed as a toll road connector between Ambarawa and Temanggung. This bridge consists of two prestressed concrete bridges designed identically for both directions. The bridge spans a gorge of 145 meters wide with a depth of nearly 50 meters. Each bridge consists of two pillars. To realize the design and construction of the Gladak Bridge, effective and efficient construction management is required. Construction management planning includes determining construction implementation methods, scheduling construction projects, and estimating construction costs. The construction implementation method covers land preparation, substructure, and superstructure works. The girder construction method will be executed using the Balanced Cantilever method utilizing a Form Traveller in the middle of the bridge span, and the Full Shoring Method for girders near the abutment. The bridge project will commence on January 1, 2024, and is scheduled to conclude on September 22, 2025, encompassing approximately 631 calendar days. The estimated construction cost amounts to Rp. 219,856,872,757,-.
