Each bridge consists of two pillars. To realize the design and construction of the Gladak Bridge, effective and efficient construction management is required. Construction management planning includes determining construction implementation methods, scheduling construction projects, and estimating construction costs. The construction implementation method covers land preparation, substructure, and superstructure works. The girder construction method will be executed using the Balanced Cantilever method utilizing a Form Traveller in the middle of the bridge span, and the Full Shoring Method for girders near the abutment. The bridge project will commence on January 1, 2024, and is scheduled to conclude on September 22, 2025, encompassing approximately 631 calendar days.
