Summary: | Based on “Filling the Gap” Campaign generated by SKK MIGAS, to achieve national Production Target, SKK MIGAS obligated Oil and Gas Operators in Indonesia, to expedites well onstream process, hence contributing more to annual cumulative national production target. PT. PETRO YELLOW STAR as one of large oil and gas operator in Indonesia, requires average 12 weeks to produce 1 development well, from drilling, surface facilities installation, and well testing. Innovation to develop new method is raised by this concern to result faster production time. Group Discussion was held to generates new alternative(s) by creating criteria of how the new solution should be and brainstorming the possibilities based on literature review and experiences of subject matter experts. New alternatives have been developed in PT. PETRO YELLOW STAR to reduce surface facilities installation project time and can contributes to expediting well onstream process. Based on comparation with SMART Method, the new developed alternatives proofs to be the best options in concern of reducing well onstream time. However, not all condition could support the selection of this new alternative, and to adapt to the situation, sensitivity analysis conducted by changing the weight factor in SMART. Sensitivity analysis also conducted to compare among the available methods with different project condition and the result shows some limitation of condition that commonly faced would affect the selection results. |
