Summary: | Reorganization is something dreadful caused for the staff and institution
leaders. Further research regarding to verdict about what happen in the
organization and the solution that might be suitable for the organization during
creating new project for organization macro new strategy. The investigation
focuses on a multi-division organization undergoing a merger. Employing the
fishbone analysis to identify the root causes of organizational issues, this study
is further supported by a 7S McKinsey analysis. The inside are gathered by
interviewing some of the organization stakeholder from leaders to staff that
work in the organization. From the analysis show that the Organization should
bring: 1) Firmed relevant structure that support the organization towards the
higher goal. 2) Good and effective strategy to achieving the goal. 3) Foster a
system where these systems can efficiently channel efforts toward the
organizational goals. |
