Evos is one of the largest Esports companies in Asia which also contributes greatly to the Esports industry. The business issue in this research is the decline in the number of subscribers and also the audience's reaction to several events held online through social media, this has an impact on the image of EVOS E-Sport which can have an impact on decreasing sponsorship partners and also sales of goods from EVOS E-Sport which can pose a threat to the sustainability of Evos Esports in the face of the growing Esports market. The FGD approach is used to answer and formulate the EVOS ESport business strategy to see the value of each factor that influences the business domain of Evos E-Sport. The strategy analysis method is prepared by considering internal (The Firm) and external (The Industry Environment) factors and then preparing the Business Strategy through Contemporary Strategy Analysis. In order to find out strategic priorities, they are arranged through the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP aims to look at priority actions that can be taken by Evos Esport in dealing with the decline in Viewers Engagement which looks at 4 aspects (Pro Player, Brand Ambassador, Management and Competitors) within the company. Implementation steps in preparation for increasing viewer engagement are also carried out in accordance with the order based on the Analytical Hierarchy process. text |
