Employee experience is defined as the intersection of employee’ expectations, needs, and desires through its organizational design. Turnover intention is defined as employee’s desire to voluntarily leave their current job and move to a new job. The study focuses on several key factors that drive employee experience, namely physical experience, cultural experience, technology experience, leadership, meaningful work, empowerment, growth and recognition, and work-life balance. The research methodology involved collecting data through a survey completed by 78 Cove Indonesia employees and conducting interviews. The measurement tools used were employee experience scale from Morgan and turnover intention scale from Mobley. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. Based on the regression results, it was found that employee experience has an influence on turnover intention of 66.9% with cultural experience, leadership, empowerment, growth and recognition, and work-life balance as factors that influence turnover intention in Cove start-up employees. text
