Summary:This research investigates how PT. Dinasty Inti Agrosarana can effectively leverage its sustainable practices to influence customer perception within the Indonesian agricultural sector. By adopting a qualitative case study approach, this study explores the company's sustainability initiatives, including seed production, greenhouse management, waste management, and community engagement. The research reveals that while the company has made strides in sustainability, there is a knowledge gap among customers regarding the benefits of these practices. To enhance its market position, PT. Dinasty Inti Agrosarana must prioritize customer education, strengthen supplier relationships, and tailor its offerings to meet farmers' specific needs. The study concludes that by aligning sustainable practices with market demands and effectively communicating their value, the company can foster long-term growth and contribute to a more sustainable agricultural landscape in Indonesia.
