Summary: | Organizational commitment is an important factor in achieving optimal
performance. Organizational commitment is determined by how the
leader�s role in shaping values, norms,and behaviors that will be
internalized by all members of the organization. Leader also has a role to
make and maintain the identity of organization. This study examined
influence of transformational leadership toward organizational commitment
with employee branding as the mediator. The respondent of this study
were 196 nursing staff from Klaten hospital. The data was analyzed by
using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) technique. The result of this
study were not yet completed, because the data was not fit. |
