This study examined influence of transformational leadership toward organizational commitment with employee branding as the mediator. The respondent of this study were 196 nursing staff from Klaten hospital. The data was analyzed by using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) technique. The result of this study were not yet completed, because the data was not fit.
