This exploration study is a path analysis concerning organizational commitment from small-medium enterprises in the context of the Philippines. The study was split into four parts, three of which were supplementary to the path analysis. In this path analysis study, the data collected for perceived transformational leadership style and employee participation in decision-making psychological ownership, and organizational commitment were collected, through a series of scales, from several small-medium enterprises that provided the study with participants who best fit the necessary criteria. Results from the path analysis indicate that psychological ownership has a partial mediation between perceived transformational leadership and employee participation in decision-making and organizational commitment.
