Summary: | The study was conducted to the presence of Salmonella sp. adn Escherichia coli bacteria in refrigerated and non refrigerated chicken eggs. The experiment done had three replicates and four trials. Experimentations were done on eggs stored for 1, 3, 5, and 7 days, at both refrigerated and Non-refrigerated storage conditions. Each egg underwent a battery of tests to determine if Salmonella sp. and / or Escherichia coli bacteria was present in the chicken eggs. The results showed that in all replicates and trials neither Salmonella sp. nor Escherichia coli was present in chicken eggs, regardless of storage condition |
