Being a quantitative research, it utilized inferential and descriptive statistics to measure relationship variables. In this study, a total sample size of 100 millennial employees from Metro Manila, ages 18 to 35 years, were taken for analysis through convenience and snowball technique. Primary data was collected using structured online questionnaire distributed through different social media platforms.
