Kapunan, Santiago Franco R. Leongson, Andro Dexter Ocampo, Matthew Robert C. This paper aims to assess the moderating effect of work-life balance and job satisfaction on the relationship of work-from-home and employee productivity in the company International Marketing Group. A total of 90 respondents consisting of upper and middle management as well as the employees of International Marketing Group located in Makati. Eleven (11) research questions and six (6) hypotheses were generated and tested at 5% (0.05) significance level. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis and Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using the WarpPLS 7.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results showed that work-from-home has a significant relationship and effect on employee productivity, job satisfaction does have a moderating effect on the relationship of work-from-home and employee productivity and work-life balance does not have a significant moderating effect on the relationship of work-from-home and employee productivity. Based on the study, the researchers recommend flexible work-from-home arrangements in International Marketing Group as well as companies in the same industry to utilize the significant effect of the work-from-home set up to the employee and company, promoting job satisfaction in work-from-home arrangement through digital social support and appropriate monitoring of employees to ensure highest employee productivity. The researchers also recommend for the academe to continue further research using other data collection methods and target middle management employees with the proper background specialty with other financial companies similar to the International Marketing Group. 2022-06-01T07:00:00Z text application/pdf https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etdb_dsi/69 https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/context/etdb_dsi/article/1074/viewcontent/Assessing_the_Moderating_Effect_of_Work_Life_Balance_and_Job_Sati_Redacted.pdf Decision Sciences and Innovation Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Work-life balance Job satisfaction Marketing research companies—Labor productivity—Philippines Telecommuting—Philippines Human Resources Management
