There were 401 respondents from different industries of the Philippine private sector; among them were 214 females and 187 males from 21 years old to 63 years old with mean age of 29. The Work and Meaning Inventory Scale, Perceived Corporate Social Responsibility Scale, Utrecht Work Engagement Scale and Marlowe-Crowne Social Desirability Scale Form C were used to obtain data.
