Using a phenomenological approach, two main emerging issues that pertain to a development of teacher capacities were extracted from the open-coded data. These were (1) Development of Reform-Oriented Habits of Mind; and (2) Ramifications on Institutional Affordances that would allow LS to live and flourish in the Philippine setting.
