Description
Summary:This study explores the link between caring working relationships, learning behaviors and knowledge. There are two learning behaviors in this paper, exploitation-oriented learning behavior and exploratory-oriented learning behavior. There are three types of knowledge discovered, task knowledge, team knowledge and members knowledge. The higher the caring relationship, the more exploratory-oriented learning behaviors there are in the team. This will in turn lead to higher task knowledge, team knowledge and members knowledge. The paper also explains under what conditions are these relationships, learning behaviors and knowledge are likely to occur.
