Summary: | This study aims to examine how deep-level diversity, and an individual’s integration-and-learning attitude towards diversity, influences individuals’ performance and voice behaviors in a team setting. Through our study, we have developed a valid and reliable measure of diversity attitude and thus operationalized the integration-and-learning construct from Ely and Thomas’ (2001) work. Our Study was successful in distinguishing among perceived deep-level diversity and their impact on voice on an individual basis. |
