从台湾饮食文化窥探台湾文化主体 = In search of Taiwan's cultural subjectivity from the perspective of Taiwan's food culture
本文凭籍台湾饮食文化来探索台湾的文化主体。台湾因为经历了不同殖民统治的缘故,因此造就了一个多元社会。步入21世纪,全球化的时代,台湾文化面临同质化的可能性扩大。国际上,台湾主权未定,台湾文化又无法与中华文化划清界限,更导致台湾人陷入身份模糊的困境。台湾内部对于台湾是否已形成一个强而有力的文化主体,对内能够凝聚民众的认同,对外能够作为软实力,在国际舞台上用来宣示自己的存在地位,其实是充满争议和不确定的。本文将从台湾饮食文化看台湾文化主体性的形成。台湾小吃作为“本土化”的其中一个现象,如何呈现出已形成的台湾文化主体。台湾小吃和夜市空间的结合又如何将台湾凝聚为一个集体的“文化生活圈”,提供台湾人一个...
