Given the vital role that pre-service teacher education (PSTE) plays in shaping teachers’ practices, this paper thus aims to (1) discern the local PSTE’s effectiveness in preparing pre-service teachers for the constructivist use of ICT in T&L through examining pre-service (PS) teachers’ perceptions in their technological pedagogical content (TPACK) knowledge and (2) provide policy recommendations accordingly.
