Knowledge management as a customer-focused strategy in the insurance industry.
This study explored the use of knowledge in customer-focused activities in a local insurance company, NTUC INCOME. The objective was to identify the interplay of knowledge between the intangible resources with respect to how customer knowledge was perceived and leveraged on in the organization.
